ToutPetit Thursdays * Tubtrug Love

Did I already mention that I just swear by Tubtrugs for cleaning out all of the junk-like stuff in our house? Tubtrugs are sturdy, but flexible containers, which do a nice job at storing toys too. Best of all they come in 14 different colors! Mmm... did I just sound like an advertisement?!

Tubtrugs... Ik beken. Ik ben een die-hard fan. Ik bezit niet minder dan 16 exemplaren... *schaamrood op de wangen* Flexibel, maar tegelijk toch sterk en oh zo handig om snel alle rommel in huis weg te toveren. In de kinderkamer zijn het 'speelmanden', in het washok 'wasmanden' en in mijn bureau doet er eentje dienst als prullenmand. Klonk ik nu net als een wandelend reclamebord?!

Tutorial Tuesdays * upcycled glass jars

I am completely smitten with this darling blog I discovered on Pinterest: my 2nd hand life. I am still trying to figure out which language she's blogging in... my guess is Finnish. Luckily, lovely Maiju is posting in English as well!
Her upcycled glass jars are too die for. These are now topping my ever growing list of DIY projects!

Ik pin, jij pint, wij pinnen... Aaahhhh... Pinterest... wat is me dat verslavend zeg!
Ik was ze al vaker tegengekomen: glazen potten met gepimpte deksels, maar deze van my 2nd hand life zijn zo mooi, dat ik nu echt zelf wel aan de slag wil met een paar potten, restjes verf en wat oude plastic diertjes. Die zal ik waarschijnlijk wel in de kringloopwinkel mogen gaan zoeken, want vrijwillig zal Max geen enkel exemplaar van zijn beestenbende willen afstaan, vrees ik.
